Professional Business Portraits {Cumming GA Headshot Photographer}

Though my work at my Cumming, GA photo studio is typically comprised of family and newborn photography, I love working with fellow business owners as well to update their professional headshots as well! Lauren found me through another member of the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce. She was in need of updating her professional business portraits for her online presence as well as an image for the cover of her upcoming book that she will be providing for her clients.

I met with Lauren at her home to go over what she envisioned for her book cover and the requirements she had for her headshots. I took time to go through wardrobe options with Lauren as well. Wardrobe planning for sessions is something that I offer complimentary with all my sessions. I can be as hands on as required, whether clients are looking for general color palette suggestions or need me to look over their entire family’s closets to pull together a cohesive look with what they already have on hand. Lauren pulled out clothing options she was considering and we discussed several options. We finally settled on three different looks for her business headshots.

Lauren also opted to have professional hair and makeup artistry for her business portraits, which I coordinated for her with the mobile makeup artist at my home photo studio in Cumming, GA. Since her main goal for her headshots was a portrait for her book cover, we agreed that a clean studio backdrop would be the best backdrop rather than doing and outdoor headshot session in Forsyth County.

A week or so after her session, she returned for her Reveal & Ordering Appointment to select her favorite business headshots. We’re able to look through the images and compare them side by side enlarged on the wall through a projector. I’m able to offer my professional guidance through the process to help you feel confident with your selections, so it makes picking your favorite business headshot a breeze!
