Carolyn + James {North Atlanta Wedding Photographer, Roswell GA}

The leaves were just hitting their peak when Carolyn & James' wedding day arrived! The day began with sunshine and we were met with a few rain showers in the middle, but the entire event was gorgeous from start to finish. I was blessed to be able to work alongside Abby Waller Photography to capture this sweet couple's wedding. Carolyn chose a vibrant red paired with gold accents to set up a beautiful fall wedding in Roswell, GA. The bridesmaids wore long, flowy chiffon dresses and each had a unique shoulder style! I loved that the dresses were able to have some variation to compliment each bridesmaids preferences!

The ceremony was held at the gorgeous St Brigid's Catholic Church in Alpharetta. The church was the perfect backdrop to their traditional wedding ceremony! Outside the church were beautiful gardens lined with the gothic arches of the breezeways. The bride and groom chose not to have a first look before the ceremony, so we arranged a time for them to hold hands and say a prayer together without seeing one another, which was a very sweet moment. You could just see their anticipation and excitement leading up to the ceremony! I absolutely loved James' emotional reaction to seeing his bride walk down the aisle!

The reception was held at The Country Club of Roswell. I loved all the gardens this venue had to offer and the foliage along the golf course was spectacular. The tables were decorated with a very simple and tasteful decor, which included some candles with gemstones and red rose petals strewn across the table. The bride & groom rehearsed their first dance a few times before the guests entered the hall and it was so incredibly special to see how much work they put into it! The reception dance floor was filled with guests wearing glow sticks and partying!
